Is it time Gibraltar was handed back to the Spanish?

No! The Gibraltarians do not wish to be Spanish nor to be ruled by Spain, they prefer to remain governed by England. Well, let's look at that again - why would any fool want to be ruled by our present government? and does it really matter as the EU are hell bent on giving our Sovereignty over the rock to Spain anyway ?
