How do you get parents to loosen up? :'(?

i have parents that just dnt wna give in. i dnt get to go anywhere much. i am a senior in highschool. and just like the other day, i am finally allowed to say out later. but on school nites, only a few nites per wk, i can stay out til 9. and on wknds i can stay out til 11. she counts friday as a wknite so that sux. the only reason she let up is cuz i screamed at her the other nite. any ideas on how to get my parents to loosen up a bit? plz help!!!!
