Thyroid Question ..Nodule?

My endocrinologist thinks he felt something on my thyroid.I had an ultrasound and didn't seem to have any signings. My blood test showed normal T3 T4 (in the middle) and a normal-low TSH 0,8 (range 0,5-5) .Also I have a really low SHBG (8 the first time 10 the second------range 8-50).You think I should visit him again?
