Auditioning for a school play?

I know this sounds way too simple and is probably not what you are looking for, but here goes...just simply do the best job possible! It doesn't matter what everyone else in your cl thinks...isn't it an adult who decides anyway? You already have a good "jump start"...you are a good actor and have the right hair for the character! That's probably more than many of the others have to work with. So, be confident and do a good job and who knows? If you don't get this part with this play...maybe you'll get the leading role in the next one? Good luck, you'll do well, no matter what.
