Has anyone ever heard of a small pin hole in the skin that a water like fluid leeks from when eating or dri?

I have notice this since a very young age, has never given me any problems besides when I eat or drink a water like fluid comes from a very small pin hole, Just wondering if anyone has ever heard or no someone who has any knowledge of such. I do'nt even no what to call this! True story.
