Vs c++ code help for extracting data for ms-excel.?

my aim is to make an application which extracts the share data for the share name searched, from a collection of ms-excel doents (having data copied from Karachi stock exchange site) and display it using c++ please help am a beginner in c++, its very different compared to c#.
