What could be wrong with my genital? I seriously need answers.?

For the past four or five days, my has been very uncomfortable. I've been taking Azo yeast pills because my mom said that she thought it would help. We thought that I had a yeast infection; it seemed to be true when things started feeling better. But now, it's worse. It's really dry at the entrance, and it feels like it is on fire whenever I urinate. Even now, laying here, it's like there's a mild fire. I have never had , I am a virgin, so I doubt that it is an STD. Please, if you're going to leave a comment, be serious. I'm not freaking out, but I am extremely uncomfortable.
