I really messed up): someone help?

Me and my girlfriend recently broke up): I messed up big this time, her family hates me, and she doesn't want anything to do with me, I'm insane about her and I know I have to change...Ive hurt her too much and lied to her...and some of the time I didn't even know what I was doing): I know how badly I messed up this time, I really need her back, she tells me when ever Wendi talk that she hates me and never is gonna love me again, how I've broken her heart enough times): she keeps telling me to move on but I can't...I love her too much, when we first started dating, she told me she would always love me, and that I should never forget it, she said she's been in love with me since 5th grade, and that she doesn't picture herself with antithetical guy...is she lying about loving me? And if she is how do I Winn her back? ):
