I got my cartilage (the middle of the outer part of the ear) last week and it hurts only when I move it.?

It's not painful, but it hurts a little when I clean it and move it up and down. I got it pierced at Piercing Pagoda with a gun, and I bought H20cean.. but it doesn't seem like its working unless I'm being paranoid. my ear is not swollen, my ear is not oozing out any puss at all. What should I do? I had the same piercing at the same spot a couple of months ago.. this new piercing a little bit higher from my peircing i had to close up a couple of months.. but I had to close it because it still hurt for about 2 months.. but only when I would touch it.. other than that it didn't hurt. what should I do??
