What can be done with garment waste into a semi or finished useful product?with creatively n innovating ideas?

Hi everyone..I'm from a textile city where crores and crores of export is being done..and i found there is a lot of garment waste coming out after the cutting process and also sewing.. i would like to know if i can make those waste into some usefull stuffs instead throwing it away or selling it to someone with cheap rates...please help me out....!! thank you
