Need Legal Advise PLEASE?

am being sued for a complaint called unjust impoverishment of a trust. My mom ped in Jan 2003 - her father 2 years before. He had a trust that listed some political memorabilia be given to a historical society. In the years prior to his ping he gave some of these items to family members. When he ped his 3 daughters including my mother divided up what was left. When she ped her Will said everything was to be given to me and my brother 50/50. I received a lawsuit last month from one of the sisters attorneys accusing me of having in my possession everything on the list, even though I do not have the majority of these items. The items were given before he ped, some were divided between the sisters, etc. I can't afford legal help. Now I have received a letter from the attorney stating I must show up for a deposition by him. The probate attorney I hired when mom ped was the personal rep. of my mothers Will due to this same sister causing so many problems with refusing to take on her responsibilities as personal rep. but would not relinquish her rights either. This is a witch hunt. What about Statutes of limitations? I need help PLEASE!
