How to make my husband understand?

I do understand your point. He needs to work with you on this. Bills first. Sorry to say but that is the way life is. I do however understand him also. He maybe feels he works everyday, very hard and he just wants to spend some of his money on something fun for him. I can see this. He may need to wait or do something that will gratify all of you.
