He won't leave me alone.?

I don't know if you read my previous question about Zeke, but i'm really scared now. I woke up in the middle of the night and my room was completely trashed, i mean walls painted red and black, posters torn. My own brother is afraid of me now. no matter how much i try to block zeke out, i can always hear him. he won't leave me alone and i don't know what to do. everywhere i go he's there and he's yelling and telling me to do things. i have no choice but to do them. I'm not crazy, i know he's there and i know he's trying to help me, but it seems like what ever he does it dosn't end well. i'm tired of him now and i want him gone... but he won't leave. help me
