Total capitalism simply does not work , the firefighters have gone out before and this is nothing new , they are fighting for their rights in pay and conditions in the 21st century. Now that the Tories and their Lib Den cohorts have gained power , they look as if they will be even worse than Thatcherism ever was. The last time the fire & rescue guys went out , they won their case , so don't tell me that these lads are the bad boys. Your statement relies on old fashioned emotional blackmail towards the general public , who back the firefighters.
