Did they rip them off?

Seriously it doesn't matter everybody does it. On a song by the band Incubus called Anna Molly the bist plays the rhthym from riff from Michael Jackson's Beat it. There's also a video on youtube of the former guitarist from the Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist John Frusciante playing and disscussing the band's most popular song "Under the bridge". During his discussion he says that one part of the song is a rip off of a T-Rex song. Quite frankly everybody from Vanilla Ice to Marilyn Manson does it and nobody feels like going to the trouble of suing them simply due to the fact that, thankfully, nobody cares about that money just the music.
